We started off 2008with a bang! We triple finaled in our 1st contest to enter all 3 categories (Whole Hog, Shoudler, & Rib). We took 1st Place Shoulder at Que'n On The Red (Alexandria, LA). We swept (won 1st Place in all 3 Categories) "Hog Fired Up BBQ Championship" Eutaw, AL and "The Tennessee Funfest" Germantown, TN.
